I can tell it is a parking lot boot because the graphic is not licensed anywhere with zero dates aside from the graphic. This is also similar style to the popular 1990's bootleg big print rap-tee's.
Absolutely excellent condition, no fading or print cracking. This shirt honestly seems unworn and unwashed; the tag is perfect.
The only issue is on the bottom on the front there are a few tiny blue specs from the printing process that are barely noticeable.
Single stitched all around.
